Hi, I’m Carolina,
an executive professional with over two decades of experience in the sports industry.
I've spent 20+ years in operations and logistics, with the majority of my career at a prominent sports agency representing professional female basketball players.
That experience taught me a great deal about relationships, running a small business, and the importance of having a leader whose values align with your own.
Since then, I’ve worked at a start-up, a Salesforce consulting firm, taken on contract-based operational roles, and served as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at George Washington University.
This space is dedicated to my passions in life and in sports—advocating for equity and the advancement of women in business, as well as mentoring others in their careers.
Outside the office, you’ll find me reading, working out, exploring new technologies, and dining out with friends and loved ones.
